• Why NOT to count contractions
• Being a birth partner
• Pain relief
• Vaginal Examinations
• Waterbirth

For information on C-sections and Instrumental birth you can sign up for classes here. Classes last around 2 hours, depending on how many questions people ask.

Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
