The Honest Midwife Awards Terms & Conditions
Entry details & Important Dates
There is no charge to enter The Honest Midwife Awards programme and participants may enter multiple categories or enter more than one product in a single category. Participants must complete an individual form for each entered product.
All award entries must be made online at https://www.letstalkbirthandbaby.co.uk/the-honest-midwife-awards by midnight on 21st July 2024 (extended).
All sample products must be received no later than 1st August. Shortlisted entries will be announced via both Instagram and The Honest Midwife email database on 1st September 2024 at midday.
Completing your entry form
All entries must be received via the online form. Attempts to enter via direct email will not be considered. All questions on the form must be completed and entrants must answer all questions honestly. Any questions that are deemed not applicable to the product “N/A” should be stated. Judging and awarding of prizes will be undertaken by The Honest Midwife editorial team, industry experts and consumers.
The judges’ decision is final.
Submitting your product
The Honest Midwife Awards are free to enter however, to allow for testing samples of all entered products must be provided.
All sample products must be received by the above date of 1st August 2024. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS BEFORE 19th JULY. Sample products are non-returnable as they will be used to raise additional revenue to support the provision of free antenatal education across the UK. Sample products should be sent to: Let's Talk Birth and Baby Limited, 77 Hest Bank Lane, Slyne, Lancaster, Lancashire LA2 6BS. Please ensure you send your samples by recorded or tracked delivery as Let's Talk Birth and Baby Limited cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Products received after the closing date may not be entered and are non-returnable.
Shortlisted entrants and Winners
Once first round of judging is completed shortlisted entrants will be notified via Instagram announcement on 1st September 2024 and a shortlisted logo will be emailed for use until 2025 shortlist is announced. Each category will be awarded a Gold, Silver and Bronze award and each winner will be emailed The Honest Midwife Awards 2024 logo.
The Honest Midwife Awards logo may be used by winners for marketing, packaging and PR purposes for 12 months from the date of announcement.
There are no licensing costs for use of this logo.
All winners will be celebrated on social media channels and through email communications to The Honest Midwife database.
