With over 80,000 followers and teaching over 2000 expectant parents in a range of antenatal and postnatal classes each month. The business is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and creative individual to be Louise’s right hand person in this journey.
This role is varied and best suited to a candidate who is highly flexible, hands-on and able to navigate multiple projects at any given time. You must be a reliable self starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. A strong and confident communicator (written and verbal) with a positive attitude.Experience in the baby industry would be very beneficial, ideally with some retail knowledge, ecommerce experience and a solid digital marketing background.
Growing class sign ups and conversions to paid classes including:
- Working with paid search and paid social team to maximise digital ROI on ad budget and increasing conversions
- Working with our marketing exec in planning and executing social media content to grow the IG following and maximise engagement
- Email campaign management through ‘Active Campaign’ to generate class conversions
- Partnerships
- Working with suitable brands on partnerships and collaborations
- Working with influencers and customers to create content
Retail
- Ecommerce management (including Amazon) of retail range including advertising (paid search and social with digital ad team)
Events
- Planning and running events to promote @thehonestmidwife, Let’s talk birth & baby classes and products.
- Annual marketing planning, including budgeting
- Monthly reporting on agreed KPIs
Brand
- Managing and developing of The Honest Midwife brand guidelines
- Creating marketing materials through Canva for all channels
- Creating consistent brand content for use across channels
Team
- Managing a marketing exec with potential to recruit and manage a growing team in time.
The role is largely remote however at least one day per week will be at offices in Portsmouth and the ability to travel to shows and events as required which may be on weekends or days outside of the agreed 3 day working week from time to time.
Salary £35K-£45K pro rata for 3 days per week, dependant on experience.
