PREGNANCY WEEK 33

How are you feeling?

Tired, I'll bet!  You are likely still at work but do try to rest when you can - especially if you are struggling to sleep at night.  Are you able to alter your working hours a little to go in later - a lie in may make all the difference.  
As your tummy gets bigger and bigger you may be noticing increased back ache.  This is a normal complaint in the late stages of pregnancy however, you may want to consider pregnancy pilates or aquanatal as both these activities can ease your discomfort. 
Have you started to worry about how this growing baby is able to come through such as small space?  Don't worry your baby's head is nice and squishy to allow it to navigate its way into the world.

Get to Know Us a Bit Better

Now 200g heavier than last week and over 1cm longer your tiny human is not so tiny anymore.  Remember back in the beginning when it was the size of a grain or rice!  How awesome are you to grow a baby!

We are hoping for a few more weeks cooking for your baby, however this is what your little one may look like if he or she arrived at 33 weeks.  This little girl spent 3 weeks in the special baby unit and then went home fit and well. Gorgeous isn't she!
