Keep Fit during your pregnancy

Aquanatal classes are a great way to maintain and increase your fitness throughout pregnancy and get you steadily prepared for labour and birth.

The 45 minute class is taken by Midwife Louise who is a qualified Aqua Aerobics and Aquanatal Instructor.  The classes offer safe exercises for all abilities set to great music and are held in the Mountbatten Centre's Olympic pool.

Benefits associated with Aquanatal Classes include: reducing the risk of high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, hypertension, high weight gain and stress and anxiety.  In addition these weekly classes are a great way to meet other expectant Mums whilst keeping fit at the same time.
